rs tuner help?

hi i have used the search function and read numerous threads and cannot find a solution

i bought my rs tuner 2nd hand 2 days ago so i purchased the unlock code put my number in but henk has come back saying my number is not 25 digits and mine is only 21 anyone had problems like this aswell?

im on firmware 1.70 ? does this matter

any help would be great
