hi all. Received my used rs tuner but having real dramas installing it on my laptop. I've read various other posts etc and watched fastchip vids but when I plug the USB lead it the tuner box status light comes on then goes off but I get no other menus or pop up boxes for install. USB port works fine. Any ideas. I'm gonna try another laptop in the mean time. Thanks guys
