RS Tuner Problems

Hi guys,

Im just using a RS Tuner on a phase 2 172

When i come to read the rst file so i can make a backup of how it is now it comes up saying this

Any idea what this is? faulty key?

Yeah ive got a unlock code and ive applied it and it comes up saying it was successful

It now says VCI Lock Not Active which would say to me its not locked

It could be tuned already and locked but Henk will be able to give you a better idea.
