rs2 xtra...

i have recently picked up the rs2 xtra from Nick172cup and have everything ready apart from the live mapping i was wondering will it be safe to fit the rs2 and run it without being mapped for a bit ? or will it damage the engine ?
i have a generic map on there at the moment if that makes any difference.

If you have an RStuner map on it mate it'll be okay for the time being, refrain from lots of high rpm though as that's where the car might run lean.

Another guy I know with a normal RS2 has run his for over 6 months now just on a RStuner map with no problems, just once mapped it will make a massive difference in power and torque!

Yer I have a generic map not a rs tuner one but they will all be the same wont they as the rs tuner is only a generic map anyway.
