Had a search but no definitive answer. Once an RStuner has been used on a clio is it then locked to a clio, or can I use it on a Megane?

It's locked to a certain Vin number i think, so you need to get it unlocked before using it by buying a license for the car you want to use it on.

I knew it would be locked, but I heard a rumour if it was used on a clio even if unlocked it wouldn't work on anything but a clio.
