Running Lumpy

Hi peeps,have got a clio 1.2 2005. On way home tonight had a couple of warning lights come on.

1. Preheating and electronic warning light.

2. Toxic fume monitoring warning light,

I had an Ignition coil pack on it about a month ago and now this again.
I have a feeling it might be plugs,but not 100% sure.

Any help much appreciated....
