Running water?

So started the clio up today and I could hear something that sounded like a waterfall/trickling water behind the dash never heard it before!? Anyone had this before?

The heater matrix or your scuttle drains are blocked and swimming with water.

How do you unblock the heater matrix if it is that? and where are the scuttle drains? same ish place as a megane?

scuttle drains are in the boot just behind the rear seat backs.
