has a clio ever been converted to rear wheel drive, has anybody out there evee done this, how did it work out.

Steves got a rwd 172 turbo, dunno if its finished yet though.

Steve on here did it with a rear engined rear wheel drive 172. Also renault did it with the V6!

thinking bout a couple of projects, 1300cc hyabusa turbo rwd clio mk1. or dropping a 172 engin in a mk1. seen a mk 1 golf on youtube with the hyabusa conversion and looked sick!!

Stupid question but whats it like performance wise?

Seen a few vids of various ones and although some appear to look very fast others look a bit all noise and not ''that much'' go.
