Too Many
Today the clio was in at SWR in Stirling and got a full service done along with a change of suspension.
In the last 2 weeks there has been a knocking from the drivers side and it could only have been one of three things , Top Mounts, Spring Or Damper.
Everything else had been changed and was still as good as new.
It was down to the drivers sachs damper that has been leaking.
While doing these the AST top mounts had to come off and the 3 small bolts had rusted and snapped.
Was told that the best way to stop this was to undo them and then put some grease on them and refit them again, Luckily screw fix had some new ones that came in a bag of 50 for £3.77 and these where fitted and enough spares to change every 3 months :tongueout:
