Safari 4.0.2 update problems.

Can't find anything on google at all.

MacBook downloads the update fine and then asks to reboot.

When it goes to the update installation screen it says something about Safari4.0.2 not being verified by installer, so i have to reboot and try again?!?!?!?

Never had problems with updates before.

Any ideas?

Mine was fine when installing, did it as normal

Go into disk utility and check your disks mate. I had something simular. Wouldn't let me install updates or open up applications... Turns out my laptop ran out of power while installing something and it corrupted my HDD. Had to delete osx as re install from time machine

yeah you need to fix permissions.
