Say a Prayer for my Cup

Please people say a little prayer for my cup she is currently with the local Renault garage in Rochdale, been there since 8.30 this morning and Ive not had a phonecall from them yet, she is quite ill read the following and include it in your prayer

1. Knocking while accelerating from the front end of the car

2. Moving sideways while braking

3. Rusty rear brake disk looks like its not being used while braking

4. Alarm fitting

5. Not starting first time

6. Passenger seat reclining at its own choice, really funny when a passenger suddenly flys backwards

Im sure they will fix every problem on your list.. its just.. well.. it will probably come out with 12 entirely new problems..

ive had a quiet word with the Big Man. Hes sending a technical angel down to make sure they fix it properly. Now get back to hitting those targets

Cheers KDF, I love the bloody car but its just falling to bits every time I drive with a bit if welly, its been like driving miss bloody daisy, ive been scared to boot it just incase something dropped off.

Rochdale renault ruined my mums car. be affraid!
Went their to have a problem with the breaks sorted, got it back home the wheels were on the wrong side. No wonder it felt a little slidey on the way home in the rain

God there are so many Friday afternoon Cups about my car has not had anything wrong with it so far in 6 k miles (apart from a seal leaking in the g/b) Maybe I have these problems but just havent noticed them? Or not looking hard enough? What sounds do I need to listen for?

Cheers for the feedback people, got the car back and it seems to be fine, the only problem is the fit of the alarm, it looks like a 15 year old has fitted it and when testing it didnt let out a high pitched wail, but no it just seemed to whistle at me.

My Cup has done 12500 miles and the only problem was passenger seat runner. (fixed under warranty)

Service cost me £140 all in and they even washed and hoovered it.

Kings of Taunton are legends so far. Book it in with them (they are in Taunton) They also give you brand new Megane to mess about in. Might be a bit far from Rochdale!

Cheers compocup im due a service in 4000 miles ill give them guys a ring and see if they can recommend anyone else in this area
