I've had this before, the email from paypal looked so real, it was even sent from services@paypal.com, scamming f**kers
I'm understanding it that the scammer has tried to buy something from the OP for £160.
The scammer sent a false email to the OP, 'from' Paypal confirming a payment of £160 to the OP, so that the OP would send the item(s).
If the OP hadn't have noticed it was fake, and the funds were actually not sent, then he would have been £160 out of pocket, and the scammer, potentially £160 better off. (Depending on how he values said item(s))
