i've heard you gys go on about "sealing the car" for winter. wtf does that mean and what do you use? i have a megane 225 trophy and have used meguiars gold class for the majority of the time... but the last time i used AG EGP and think it looks good. what do people recommend i try to improve on the shine of my car? cheers.

Sealer refers to sealant, of which EGP is.
Sealants as a rule should out last a wax, as they are a blend of waxes etc.
The main shine comes from the polishing and paint prep itself. To increase gloss and depth spend more time polishing and glazing the paint. Selants and waxes are only the icing on the cake.
I would look into:
JEFFS Werkstatt Acrylic Jett Trigger
Whihc is a great sealant.
