Sealing wheels - how to?

Morning guys,

I'm off to pick up a set of wheels tomorrow that have recently been refurned and powder coated. Currently they have no tyres so it's an ideal time to get the well sealed.

I've never really done anything with wheels so have no idea what's best, can anyone give me a list of products to use and the order to put them on in? I'm after someting that is going to last 12+ months and will make them nice and easy to clean on a regular basis.
