Seat wont tilt and slide together

As above, passenger seat will tilt forward but wont slide at the same time, but it will slide using the lever at the front. Anybody know of a fix for this?

mines the same! i presume theres a cable unclipped or broken somewhere? i havent had a look yet

Correct, disconnected/snapped cable in the back of the seat.
