SEATBELT HELP!?!?!

Where is that thread where the guy showed us in pictures to clean the seatbelts by taking them off the bar at the bottom? I need to know how to get the bottom bit off? Is it a socket, torx screw? Whatever it is what size? Help??

T40 torx bolt, then turn the bar up 90degrees and it will slide out.
