Seatbelt warning alarm!!

Does anyone know how to over-ride the audible warning signal that tells you your seatbelt is unfastened????

It is a pain in the ass if you are just moving the car about the drive or garage etc...

Buy a normal 172, it doesnt have one. Seriously, mine doesnt have this, was it new on the 2003 models?

Ask your dealer to disable it. Im sure I read somewhere that this was possible.

Strange? when i test drove a cup it also had the irritating buzzer, on my 172 it has a light on the dash but no noise

Try to trace the noise to a small speaker thing then pull the wires out
