Seatbelts Problem

Hi people.

I'm having a problem with my seatbelts, in that whenever i take it off it takes an age to reel back up, and i sometimes end up traping it in the door when i shut it because its that slow.
Any ideas on how to speed it up? (preferably cheap ideas, as the price of petrol is killing me)
