Secret tray?

I've wondered this for ages, but never been arsed to find out...

Is there (or should there be) a secret tray for stowing things in under the passenger seat? Mine looks like it has runners for one but doesnt actually have the tray - should there be one there?

Is there not the CD changer under the passenger seat that bolts to a plate/ rail on the 1*2's? I thought the undertray clips into the seat rails/beams and has a single bolt into the chassic at the rear of the seat.
