Dash tray fill?

Hi all,

I’ve got a 2006 Clio Campus sport.
It’s got a kind of twin tray on the top of the dash. One side has a rubber insert.

I want to fill/cover the whole thing, so I have a flat surface.
Is there anything available that will do this, aside from carving the shape out of some insulation board and sticking it in.

Has anyone else done this? Is there a cover available already?

The reason I’m doing it is that it doesn’t get used and just fills with dust and dirt.
