service light on

hi i just came home from work and the service light came on in my cliosport, im really not sure what it could be i have checked oil etc any help ??

Usually joined by another light

It means there is a fault stored if it doesnt go off then you need a code reader
are you sure no other lights came on or oil---- on the trip computer?

the service light has gone off, nad no other did come on when the service light came on

fiddle with the cables under the passeneger seat and it will go off
to fix it permanently ill just grab the link
