Service light

The service light came on on my 05 plate 182 today. When I switched the engine on again , the oil warning light came on. After stopping and finding the engine was too hot for me to get at the dipstick, I restarted and no warning lights.

Just a glitch? Should I take it to Renault - its only 4 months old with 3200 miles on the clock?

Check the oil when you can?

Might just need topping up, otherwise you do have 3 years warrenty...

Same thing happend with mine around the same mileage.

It will be your oil, surprising how much you use in these things!

The lesson I learnt was to keep a closer eye on it than i have done with other cars.
