Setting a new background in iPhone 5??

Trying to set a new background on my phone, but when it gets to 'move and scale' it won't stay zoomed out for some reason, anyone shed any light?!

@JoePeps It zooms in to allow for the 3d effect just look at the bottom of the screen and it should say (something) zoom: ON/OFF just turn it off

Still doesn't work with it on or off, persecutive zoom.
Just keeps zooming back in

Never seen it with an iPhone, but it's a common problem on iPad's... small fix is to try doing it in the opposite orientation to what you're doing now. Doesn't fix it completely, but is a small improvement.

tried this and it still no luck dude...

It's a picture taken with the phone, in what way do you mean too small? Does it with every single image.
