Shaking Light

Afternoon Guys,

Driving down the road and I think my drivers headlight is shaking? Everytime I hit a hard bump is flickers or shakes, not sure which.

Any ideas what could be the cause?

The adjuster may have popped out of the light

Can I pop the headlamp out without having to remove the front bumper?
