Shareware bluetooth software?

Is there any free bluetooth software that will enable me to transfer data from my phone via any bluetooth dongle that's in my PC?

I got a dongle from ebay ages ago but i've lost the software and need to transfer my phonebook to the PC.

I've tried using XP ot set it up but cant seem to make the PC discoverable by the phone, even though i've checked a box in the bluetooth settings 'Turn Discovery On'

It's strange, the PC can find my phone but not the other way round...

As long as you have the driver for the dongle you should be fine to use Windows, that's all I've done with mine is use the driver and Windows.
