well you can either use a polisher or you can do it by hand via le Winston.

polisher is a lot easier, think it took fred few hours to do downpipes, dont think hes done the head. winston rubbed his down with sandpaper, kept gettin finer and finer until it was dead smooth then he used some paste in a tube that you buff it with to give a shine

could be wrong, but i think fred actually does this for a charge? dunno how long he has to have your head for but he can give you one til its done im sure or ive been dreaming again.

I THINK your gona need a bench buffer. and 1 of thoues dremel cleaners..i uesd these on my bike engine caseing..they came up very nice.ho!! and a lot of time too......

Iv tried looking in to for sale thread, but cudnt find it anywhere. Can any1 else find out or help?

i did mine not too long ago,

bought some really coarse sand paper to get the majority of the roughness off then bought wet and dry paper in nearly every grade possible, and just kept sanding till i had used every grade and got all the scrateches out.

then i used autoglyms metal polish and polished hard till it was shiney!!!

alot of arm ache involved but worth it.
