Should I ??

My mate who lives up the road from me has taken the wheels of his 172 cup (02 plate i think) and is now selling them at a good price BUT they need two new tyres. Also they are not in the best condition marks on all four of the rims. WANA get them recon'd but he said one of them is prob past it !! So do i buy them and try and get another wheel or do i wait for a good set to come up ??

THE PROBLEM: Do I spend out and hope to buy another wheel somewhere down the line cheep or do i wait and buy a good set of 4 for a lot more money ??

Why dont you just buy them for cheap and get yourself one new one? Also consider how much itd all add up to with tyres (and refurb if necessary) and see how much your actually saving yourself, dont rush into anything.

could probs get some good condition ones cheaper on ebay, but yes you could look for single alloys on ebay too
