Seeing as the crap OE Renault ones in my car have a hole bigger than christopher after a night out on the babysham I'm looking at getting a new set. Can you guys post some pics up of yours and tell me what colour combinations they are.

imo they were overpriced considering the quality of them is pretty piss poor. these are black with grey detailing:

i think your best bet would be these:

They seemed to be rated on here, surely they can't be worse than the OE ones. Mine lost the carpet out of the top within a couple of months when the car was new and looked s**t. Finally they've now holed and need replacing, Are those you've linked to supposed to actually be any better than the w**k OE RS ones?

Quality of my JustMatz was fair TBH, only gripe I had is the heel pad on the drivers mat is not really in the right place for my driving style, Needs to be further to the left of the mat.

Other than that Very happy with mine.

my justmatz got a massive dent in the heel patch after one trip, and within a week were fraying across the heel patch and the surrounding stitching. i thought the first set were just a bad one, so bought another set for this car and they are exactly the same. so i now have to have a rubber mat over the top of them to stop them from seriously knackering up.

Think i paid closer to £60 in the group buy.

The quality was better than the Renault ones, just a shame the colour match was quite poor.

Hate the way they staple them together as well.

Foot rest, as alot of my driving is Motorway so just sit in 5th but i dont jam my foot up on the rest under the dash so my heel is always on the mat.

Are you talking about the normal mats or the luxury mats Loony?

I had some luxury ones which were about £50 from Renault IIRC and they were pretty good quality.

The ones which come in the RS from new, I don't know what Renault class them as but I'd call them s**t.

I've had mine in there for a couple of years now and they are still in pretty good nick, but as said the stitching on the heal pad has come loose a bit. Wouldn't put me off of buying another set tho. Mine have anthracite piping round the edge with the same colour logo. Can't be arsed to take pics tho. :sleepy: They also take ages to turn up and are quite expensive at about £60 for front mats witha fited rear mat. Wanted a boot mat too, but that doubled the price iirc.

Where do you get the fixings from to hold them in place, and where do they fix to ? IF this could be acheived id buy these, 'cos my mats constantly move about and it piss's me off.

The Fixings are an option on the passenger side IIRC but standard on the drivers side. If you order from justMatz just tick the box that says fixing kit.

They are sharp little plastic cork Screws that screw down into the carpet of the car then the Mats lock over them, Work a treat.

in the end i opted for rubber up front that dont dent and easy to keep clean and carpet in the back!
