sidelight / headlight bulb advice please

looking to change my standard side/headlight bulbs for some that dont appear as "yellow" as mine are.

needs to be legal though

for headlights i was thinking silvervisions, sidelights i dunno tho

all sussgestions appreciated

are they any good? i wouldnt mind a brighter dipped headlight and a whiter sidelight. are the philips blue vision sidelights legal? would they look ok with a silvervision set of dipped headlight bulbs?
