Sidelight not working

Basically my drivers side front sidelight is refusing to work. Replaced the bulb and fuse and still no joy, connections all look fine. Passenger side is working perfectly.

Any ideas??

Have you wiggled the bulb? If they're 501 bulbs they're not the greatest connections lol

took it out and put it back in, it's a H7

i only checked the fuses in the dash, would the fuses in the engine bay have anything to do with the lights?

Could be one of all of these:

• Bulb blown,
• Corrosion of bulb contacts or holder
• Blown fuse
• Faulty relay
• Broken, loose or disconnected wiring
• Faulty switch

The fuse for the sidelights is in the fusebox in the dash. The earth connection for the wiring should be under the bonnet on the right hand side. Checking for corrosion might be best, if there is I would suggest cleaning the cable points from dirt.
