Sill plates

Anyone know the max height I can have some sill plates made? Need to know how much room Ive got before the plate would start to touch the door. Would 3/4" be too high up? Im guessing it will be

check lockwood, they do custom made jobbies

3/4 inch would foul the door. Most sill plates are pretty much flat, my Lockwood ones are only a couple of mm thick.
