The other day just past tesco going on to the ring road.

Could have been me, or Stunty as we are both locals (although if it was me and you saw it before Sunday I would have been in my green wheels)

Was on Monday at about 5-5:30pm. Couldn't see the wheels because of the barrier lol although the driver seemed to look over.
