Silver gear knob insert

Where can I get a silver gear knob insert as fitted to the dynamiques to go in the top of my gear knob?
What about the silver trim either side of the dash, is a scrappy the best bet?

I got the top for the gearstick from cliospares in wolves for a tenner....(seemed expensive at first) renault dont do them, they say you need a whole new gearstick :clown: which costs in the £100's to get done after labour (they told me the insert cant be changed! must have thought i was born yesterday! lol)

as for the trim, id say to the scrappy
