Silver RS Clio broken down - Warrington (penketh) 11.15ish

Pulled into a lay-by with an AA van. Only just spotted it as I went past on my way home from work so only got a quick glimpse, looked like an RS clio, possibly ph2 can't be certain though. If it was anyone off here, unlucky, and I would of stopped if it wasn't for the island thing in between the two sides of the road. I'd of turned round further down if the AA wasn't there but looked like everything was getting sorted.

There's no houses on that road lol! It was the stretch after the 8 towers (coming from widnes into penketh) just before Penketh football pitch. Where that van used to park selling potatoes!
