sky box go onto standby

my familys skybox keeps going onto standby mode, dont have skyplus, so just bogstanderd skybox, no one in my family has set it to do this, but my dad said a message came up on the tv, can sky set it to go onto standby?

I can turn auto standby off on my HD box.. maybe you can on the Plus box too?

It's an energy saving thing - if the channel hasn't been changed in a certain period of time it powers down. All part of this lowering the carbon footprint/saving money b*ll*cks!

You can switch it off in the menu.
