Sky go on iPad 1

Seeing as Ipad 1 price's are quite nice right now, ive been thinking about buying one, but im wondering if it will cope well with sky-go ? will it be able to keep up?
This will be on WiFi and not 3g

Your connection will be the deciding factor, not the iPad.

I'd get a 2 though, at least.

i watched the f1 show for 2 hours last nice on an iPad 2, and as said, its all about the connection really, as the feed is not exactly high def, but on my dads 3mb connection i got no buffering for 2 hours, just the once or twice it pixelated a little as the bandwidth dropped slightly.

i was surprised how good it was though.

I have sky go on my iPad 1, runs fine on wi-fi. Had it on 3G via personal hotspot and that was fine also!
