SKY+ Issues

Hi, We have been having problems with our SKY+ Box, When recording programmes, it will be out of sync and jumpy and gerenally unwatchable!

My dads mate had Sky+ For 3 weeks before upgrading to HD. He gave use this box and I've installed it, Tested a few programmes and the record fine!

However! Any subscribed programmes dont work, Sky Sports and Sky Movies wont work, They just say" Incorrect viewing card for box"

How can I get round this? Will sky give me a new card?

Phone them up and tell them you have a Sky+ box and they'll pair your existing card and box together.
