for the tortion bar i take it.....

10mm threaded bar, 32mm socket(or near as) and a couple of m10 bolts, and you will be able to pull the bar out....

the rod will thread into the tortion bar, as far as poss!! whack the socket over the top of that so the outside edge clears the TBAR then wind the bolts on, tightening the bolt will pull the TBar out, you may need a washer in between the bolt and the socket depends on your socket....
