I can do anything mate.
Now I know why you didn't look in the slightest bit impressed when I opened up the bonnet!! Ha. You could see bits wrong that I hadn't even noticed no doubt. Lol
I can do anything mate.
Anything..! There's an offer that cant be refusedI can do anything mate.
No problem, thank you. I need to find someone with clip or something that can read live data close by really. I can't see it being the lambda because since switching front to back the error which keeps coming up is now showing the rear one as a fault. However that wouldn't cause running issues would it?only just seen the tag sorry, been off. plugs look ok, nothing jumps out put it that way. definitely need to look at live data.
It did do, but since disturbing it the gauge sways like a drunken sailor!! LolOh dear that doesn't look good, does the coolant sensor actually work? Probably worth just putting in some new wires.
Fingers crossed someone can help and it won't cost a lot. I'm running out of money, patience and interest now unfortunately. Hope to get it sorted though asap as I'm stuck without a car.Its not hard to solder a couple of wires i remember you saying @NorthloopCup helped you before so maybe he could do it for you?
View attachment 177798 Think I might have found the problem and now I've barely got it running at all. Yes those are bare wires just as they enter/exit the wiring loom. Coolant sensor wiring too. 😧 @MicKPM is that something you've seen and dealt with before? Just wish you were closer!!
Getting to hate this car now!!

I might take it somewhere to have them check it over, after today I don't want to mess with wiring ever again! Lollooking at what you've found i'd say the loom will have more issues with it. could be worth pulling it and stripping it back and going over it.

How on earth do you take the loom off? It seems impossible!once it's off the car it's dead easy to work with. worst bit is getting the starter wiring off.
get it plugged in and look at live data.
need to get it plugged in, and look at live data.
get it plugged in.
you need to look at live data
definitely need to look at live data.
I listened to the advice, Although due to work and family commitments recently I wasn't able to take a day out to travel to a specialist I would trust (not the one on my doorstep that change cambelts with tippex) However I have found an issue, rectified it and it appears to have solved the issue. Now that it is working correctly I will be making time to get it checked over. I appreciate everyone's help with this.Don't get it
Apologies mate, worried I had become one of those members that annoys people by ignoring advice!Just messing with @bloke pal
Glad you found the wiring and it sorted it anyway. Saved you a fair few £££'s
