Before I have to look, are the front and rear indicater bulbs the same on the 172?

Why?

Will the silvervision bulbs fit the lexus rear light cluster?

yes they are the same and they will fit any lexux rear lights!

Got them back and front too, very nice. And youll get some free blue sidelights with em

blue sidelights are a bit of a waste of time - they look nearly the same as the originals.

LEDs are the way to go on sidelights IMHO.
