Small Lack Of Power

I have a slight problem. The car has suddenly lost an amount of power. Also the exhaust sounds like it is blowing even on idle maybe something is clogged up?

I am not too sure.

I am pretty sure it has something to do with the exhaust. Has anyone had this problem? or is it common. Just hit 62k

The exhaust sounds like it needs checking for connections etc.
