I'm trying to find out which steering rack my '03 Clio 172 RS (non cup) has fitted without sticking my head underneath any reading the sticker.
(The reason being, it's at home in pieces... and my mobile mechanic has left as the track rod ends I had don't fit)
I keep reading that most 172 racks seem to be SMI, but nobody seems sure. Anyone able to confirm if I'd have an SMI or TRW rack... or should I just suck it up and wait until I can read the box (and hope the sticker is still there)?
