smtp error 554

any outgoing email i send keeps bouncing back with this error.

any ideas?

internet program: outlook 2007
isp: bt
email: aol

RIng up your ISP, you are paying them to support you.

have to change the smtp port with aol

cant remember what it is, but google it, i remember having the same problem!

Change your smtp port to 587

tried that but it is already set to that, doing my head in.
