Anyone got one of these?

Looking to get one mainly for the angle torque tightening feature.

  dan's cast offs.
Guessing it's one of the digital ones?

Pain in the arse!!! Hand grip moves as you are using it and causes them to power down a lot.

Save your money and get something else.

Yeah the digital ones.

Is that still a problem with the newer ones?

Think so, don't think it's as bad or if it gets worse as they wear a bit?

Either way normal well overpriced snap on stuff.

We have one of these at work, works pretty well. Good for development work when you want a digital readout of the torque you're putting on.

We never really use it to maximum capability though as use such small torques

Mine does that power down thing occasionally, absolute pain in the arse.

They are great when they work, however Prob best off with a good normal torque wrench and angle gauge for max reliability

I have the 1/2 inch digital torque wrench, had it years never faulted yet, perfect for torque/angles on bolts, set it up prior to tightening and it does the job for you... practically
