Snooper s2 unlocking

Anyone have trouble getting theirs to unlock when they bought it? They've sent me the code and either the codes wrong or I'm not doing it right 'cos I cannot get this b*****d to unlock. Any tips from anyone who's already done it? I have read the instructions before anyone suggests it

Nevermind, it's working now, did absolutely nothing different to what I was doing before though. :boring:
