If you can get one for £150 then go for it,



Most people prefer origins but at that price you cant do bad..

If it is second hand make sure you get a receipt and that you can contact the seller easily as you will need them to tell snooper that they are selling it to you .

This is for the subscription..i sold one and had to send an email to let them know i had sold it (for theft purposes)

They are 100% legal to use within the uk

As far as i am aware nothing extra...but people always jump in on these threads and shout the snooper models down...

I have had several and i have never gone past a camera and not been notified.

The S6 is a little out if date now as it doesnt have voice warnings but otherwise i found it very reliable..i only replaced mine with a more mobile GPS unit..the snooper s4

cool, so snooper s4/s6 are pretty good if you are skint like me then? have you got pics of it in action?

I have a Snooper S4 and it works a treat, even with the Heat Reflective Windscreen that is fitted to my 172.. So no need for the optional Re-radiating antenna..

On the legality front the GPS driven "detectors" are totally legal, and this will remain to be correct..

However a point to be aware of is that there is a bill due to go through parliment that will very likely make "Radar" detectors illegal again..

This will include the "radar" only units and the plug in optional Radar detector heads that are available for most of the GPS type units..
