Snowfoam Dilution

How much does everyone use? I've read numerous differfent answers, some say just use an inch of it in the bottle undiluted, others say use about an inch then fill up the bottle with hot water.

Can anyone give me a definitive answer or what will give the best results.

Half an inch to an inch in the bottom filled with warm water for me. Seems to mix better with warm water giving a better foam.

+ 1 Although if i am doing a Big wash on a very dirty car, i use 1" Snow Foam, Topped up with 1" of Car Shampoo then fill the bottel up with warm water for a super thick foam

Use 1 part product to 100 parts water, so about half to an inch is right....hope this helps. all products do have a dilution ratio label to help you

Bottle recommends a rate of 5:1 off the top of my head, was just that I'd heard of people using it neat.

Inch of snow foam in the lance's bottle, rest with warm water. If you use it undiluted it will just bubble rather than foam, and you will get through tons of the stuff!!

I also set mine a turn back from fully positive on the lance, that seems to give me best results.

i do mine at 10:1 , so put in 100ml neat snow foam then 900ml warm water (fills the bottle ) with a touch of shampoo and makes loads of foam which eats through all but the toughest s**t...

Do you lads find that the snow foam ever stains the tarmac or slabs on your driver??

Only reason i ask is that i'm looking into getting a snowfoam lance but my car gets parked in a communal area so didn't wanna stain the floor.

I would have thought it'd clean it... so if the carpark is fairly dirty then people may notice a nice clean rectangle!

Hopefully so as it's got compound and drippings of WD40 and brake cleaner in my space :quiet:
