anyone use any apps to help manage a very busy social media life?

I need help but not sure how or what im after to be honest, just keen to see if there is anything out there and if anyone else uses anything?

business posts I do on FB get around 1000 likes, many many comments and today along from one post ive received 30 private messages. Each person then requies a short conversation etc... day in day out it becomes very busy and tiring.

Hoot suite is decent, you add all your socials and just login/post/manage everything through that.
