solid top mounts advice

I have a clio 172 cup which I use for hillclimbs and sprints. The car has bilstien coilovers fitted, has camber bolts fitted and an omp strut brace. I would now like to fit solid top mounts to stop the knocking at the start of every run.
I would like some advice or opinions on which is the best way to go, either ast ones so the caster can be adjusted and keep my strut brace. Or the pure motorsport top mounts and strut brace.

Cheers

Cheers.

How do you adjust the caster lower down? I didn't realise that you could do that.

I use Ast top mounts set for max caster as I couldn't be arsed to gay around modifying the wishbones for extra caster. Plus if you go to far you'll be in inner arch rub city!

Yeah rubbing can be a real problem, but if its a competition car you just remove the bits it rubs on.
