Would just like to know what you all think, i welcome the good, the bad, and the indifferent.

And yes, i do plan on lowering it at some point.

HAHA! I would like to say mixed reactions, but thats clearly not true, it's a nice, all round "ewww".

Which is fine, because i really don't care what anyone thinks of my car, i'm the one driving it.

Also, no, it has no sport or sparco features, but i like the Sparco logo, i adore the RenaultSport logo, so being 18 and unemployed, while i can buy both, i can't afford either.

Aluco, i would've seconded that all the way, however, i was given the car as a birthday present, and up until recently, i had done nothing to it, which is tough for an 18 year old, so i felt no attachment to it, my mate was saying he would hate to sell his car, and i felt none of that, i felt nothing.

Keano, i could hardly put, "I couldn't care less what you think, but tell me anyway, just for my amusement", could i?

Stickers are kool.

LOL, Keano, i recognise that car, oh thats right, it looks a bit like the car i had for 8 months, except without a number plate and with a visible exhaust.

Oh i will (probably not for more than a few months though, i'll wise up, trust me), and while my car may be a little (a lot) chavvy, i take great solace in the fact that i'm not, not even a little bit.

Aluco's car looks a million times better than yours ROFL... He did some subtle modifications and you just wacked some stickers on there?

Wasn't going to bother posting but you pissed me off.

I lost intrest after he attempted to argue when I was trying to give him an idea of what looks good.

Thanks for the compliment big ears

I think so too, maybe a really big one on the bonnet saying "CLIO!!!!", just so people know, and they know it's important too, why else would it have exclamation marks?

Oh and i saw some lovely mudflaps on a Defender the other day, maybe if i scribble out Land Rover with a sharpie and write "CLIO!!" on that too, it would look so good.

I like the wheels matey :)

Once lowered that'll look ace. What are your long term plans for it?

Lowered and colour coded on those wheels will look really good.

As for stickers, the sticker in front of rear arch works, and the ones inside, but not really the other external ones.

Peperami, at some point i would like to take it on track days, as soon as i find a decent source of income, obviously not competitively, not unless i basically slip the body on a 182.

So yeah, strip, cage, buckets, the works really, but not for a while.

"Not really my cup of tea", now thats an opinion, not a criticism, and thats what i like to see.

I like the 'Nos' logo so im going to put it all over my car.

Why on earth would you slap a massive sparco sticker on your dash if you dont have anything sparco.

I like the 'Beazer Homes' logo so i'm going to plaster it down the side of my Audi.

I can see what you're saying, it doesn't make sense, but why should it have too?

I know that was a pathetic argument, but i'm kinda tired, and i find it hard to justify the unjustifiable when i'm tired.

Also, i plan on putting Sparco seats/steering wheel in at some point, though that'll probably change to Recaro seats, but in the spirit of pathetic arguments...

ha! i like your replies. you seem like a rather intelligent chap!

"i like you. you have balls. i like balls"

Just confuses me as to why you would want it there, For some strange reason i like the Yozzasport logo, But i wouldnt put it on my car untill i had one installed on it.

I like the rear side RS logos but not the other stickers. Car could look nice if you mod it tasefully and keep it subtle but stickering the s**t out of it doesnt work for me.

Cheers Keano, i kinda like you too, you make decent points and quote great quotes, even though you were/are a big meany about my car!! *sobs hysterically*

Ok, i'm back, and guysy, i totally understand your point, i have stickered the balls off it, and i guarantee that within a month, they will be gone, and i will further my pursuit for more tasteful, and relevant, mods.

And i am almost 100% sure, that the only reason i've done all this to it, is to make it feel like my own, because it just didn't, and now it sorta does, and thats what matters to me, doing something i love, driving, in something i love, my stickered to hell Clio.

less is more mate

do simple stuff like colour code it, remove all the stickers, silvavisions, splitter, RS grill

ditch the flaps lol

keep them on if you like them.

v.lucky getting given the car for your b-day, did you not have to pay anything towards it?

The stickers look naff, and you come across as the typical "i dont care" 7 year old.

the internet.....gotta love it

  1992 Mini City
NJ, thats been my mantra for years, but as i explained above, i had to do something. And how much is an RS Grill and maybe a 307 splitter?

Jordi, yeah, i was very lucky, and no, not unless you count insurance.

Bazzon, is it really that childish to not overly care what people think of your posessions? Because i thought it might be a bit primary school-ish to get upset by disapprovals that will have no effect on anyones life, whatsoever. Also, i know the stickers look naff, and i know they are pretty much entirely irrelevant, and no, they are not something i would normally condone doing to a car, but i do condone doing anything to make something feel yours, because if it doesn't, whats the point?

Cheers Chris, i will probably remove a couple of the stickers, because they're starting to get on my nerves too now, and i will be lowering it very soon.

Oh, and another thing, i like the look of the Silvervisions, is there any specific ones i should be looking for, different kind of base etc?
